Single Release from The Leagues of Decency

Entitled “We’re coming down from the hillside”, this is the second single from the forthcoming Leagues of Decency Album ‘a sailors tale’(be released on DrunkenLustRecords on 30 th Nov 2017). The song tells of visitations by cave-dwelling creatures of uncertain pedigree as they rampage through shivering, moonlit towns and villages. ( Video Contains footage from the legendary Swedish/Danish 1922 horror/documentary 'Haxan' ). The leagues of Decency are the long term studio/side project of EJ Cotter (the holy sparks!!!, the bastard rain). The forthcoming album’a sailor’s tale’ (due for release on 30 th Nov) marks a departure from the largely instrumental 2012 release ‘EP’, and draws on a wide range of musical influences, from Trad to electronica, to stitch together a stirring tale of adventure, terror, and loss as it charts the journeys and transitions of the eponymous sailor as he makes his perilous journey there and back again…. ….the album will be launched

After a long hiatus due a variety of uncontrollable factors, DLR is finally back up and running again. We're going to be taking advantages of the fabulous platform that is bandcamp to distribute music to all interested parties.
